Oscillation Exercises – I don’t have a video, so I am going to promote this video since it is the closest method of helping people over 35 re-invigorate your body movements that improves your stamina and lessen dementia.
The main point for people like my wife and I – now in our 80s – is a dramatic enhancement of more youthful body movements. Oscillation exercises not only make your body movements faster and stronger but also improve your stamina. How? By strengthening your ligaments.
How? Large muscle movements mostly strengthen your tendons and large muscles with little or no help for ligaments. These oscillator movements do their best at strengthening ligaments which translate into improving your overall stamina – your enduring ability.
And there is more – doing these fast, quick oscillator movements dramatically improves your brain network body motion processes. Which further improves your whole brain including your executive functions. Said another way, it reduces the onset of dementia issues while growing and strengthening your neural network process across the whole brain.
