What is MicroMovement4Health?
Do MM4Health if you want to train & achieve rhythmic MBBf integration using micro-neural ignition of your brain.
That is, you mindfully train up the way (MBBf) Mind/Brain/Body framework micro-movements should go at the neural micro-movement level. Each neural micromovement is integrated rhythmically with other micromovements similar to a marching band. Thus, you create increasingly more integrated micromovements for a much higher level of integrated performance. You start moving like a natural athlete or a young child. To reach a AHA conscious awareness takes about 5-6 weeks of consistent repetition.
No movement happens externally to your MBBf framework until the brain activates your MBBf resources.
Simply put, it is brain movement (micro-movement) before body movement. Nothing happens in the body until the brain uses its action potential to ignite the neurotransmitter chemicals that fire your nerves and muscles. An ignited brain ignites the external body movements.
Image the millions of neurons that need to ignite their action potential just to move your finger! This means that the brain is able to ignite MICRO-MOVEMENT that you are barely aware of and millions you are not conscious of. So, who does a micro-movement create wellness and more importantly health?
USE IT OR LOSS IT
For a person over 50+ this lack of micro-movements is experienced as a loss of natural, unconscious micro-movement that is best known as ATROPHY of body movement. Atrophy is loss of neurons and connectors in the brain that stops messaging mostly the tendons in your body which leads to loss of strength then further losses as the tendon/muscle as they become weaker from loss of brain muscle interaction. This becomes chronic and exposes you to further loss of tendons when you get over stressed and/or have an impulsive action that causes the muscles to be injuries or ripped.
Looking closer at atrophy from a MBBf integration aspect and we see that brain atrophy first occurs, and body movement atrophy follows. A basic neuroscience aspect is that when the brain reduces an activity in any neural cluster the connection begins to weaken, and neurons get pruned.
You need to train your brain’s movement images to improve your body movement health.
